Substrate processing

Groove plate processing: The blind hole plate is processed into vertical and horizontal grooves, or rounded, milled, colored and dried by a special milling machine. Printing plate processing: the semi-finished product is coated with pre-matched paint through the template on the printing machine, and various patterns are printed, and the pattern can also be sprinkled with fine sand, and then dried. Processing of embossed board: After the semi-finished product is colored, various patterns are pressed out with a press equipped with an embossed board, and then made by cutting and tenoning. Embossed plates are manufactured by professional factories, and the processing cost is high.
